And did you got permission to the person in the background that is looking at you? :))) Good morning Zeynep, this is an odd scene, as usual. His he your husband...wainting to make a diving curse? What about the other guy? Is he waiting for the floaters as well? What about the white spheric lamps floating in the sky? Everything is normal, but the scene is surrealist for my eyes. The colors are very good. The RED wins and the overexposed white at left looses but the polarized sky and the green behind him are also very attractive.

Hi Zeynep,
To tell you the truth, that is one fear that I need to overcome. As much as I like to take street pictures with people being the main subject, I don't feel comfortable asking or taking pictures of people without asking, especially in NYC… I may end up with a black eye... ha ha ha

a me non piace fare il paparazzo, catturare la privacy della gente, ma a volte certi momenti o espressioni, mi inducono a farlo lo stesso, come nella mia foto "Svegliati Italia", dove ho infranto la privacy di un homeless, mentre dormiva.

Molto bella questa immagine, dove vi sono diversi contrasti cromatici.
Il rosso cattura in maniera particolare.
La ripresa in diagonale, conferisce una buona profondità di campo.

Olá Zeynep,
I am kind of worried that the almost obsession for the respect of privacy in street photos has affected you. I thought that that was more a thing of NW Europe and North America and not of Mediterranean people. :D
Though I would prefer that you chose female models, :) I have to agree that it's a very nice shot, with a very pleasant Summer atmosphere given by the great clarity and the strong colours. The wall and the placement of the guys produces a great sense of depth. The big red ball and the white cylinders makes it unique. Very well seen and captured!
Is the inclination intentional? I am not sure if I like it, but I don't find it really annoying.
