Very nicely done (PPd), great colors and sharpness, attentions to detail, like the blood splatter, nicely captured, even as a homorous shot. Anyway, congrats.

Not the prettiest picture but certainly informative. Sheep, I presume? They must have a fast turnover, because my guess is that brain tissue decays pretty quickly outside the fridge. The attempt of the seller to be funny didn't help the picture, in my opinion - he standing behind would have been much better.
