Photographer’s Note
In Yemen, you have to get used to seeing weapons everywhere, not only the traditional yambiyas or daggers, but also many kalashnikovs and other guns. While travelling in the country, I came across this girl, who was interested in the many weapons you can see in the country. The Yemeni men were proud to show their kalashnikovs, and even let her play with one.
