Photographer's Note

This is Canmore's Civic Centre. The name "Canmore" is Scottish Gaelic for "Big Head". Canmore is a town located approximately 80 kilometres west of Calgary in the Bow Valley of Alberta's Rockies, with a population of 13,992 in 2016. In the main, it is a recreational tourist centre. It attracts many visitors, especially on weekends, particularly who want to trek, or ski or cycle. It enjoys a scenic setting, with geo coordinates at 51.04.31.29 N, 115.21.37.49 W, with elevation at 1,331 metres or 4,366 feet.
