Salut le Cousin,
mmmmhh, pour dire les choses clairement elle m'emballe pas trop comme ca, pour la compo je pense qu'il aurait fallu choisir entre le champ et les nuages au lieu de fifty-fiftyser le cadrage... et pour le PP tu as de la reserve a droite pour booster les niveaux. Par contre le sujet j'aime, tres americain ces silos a grain, ca fait de jolies cathedrales rurales.

Retour au Canada pour celle-ci !
Ce genre de construction semble être typique des régions céréalières. Cela donne de bons sujet de photographie. Ici, l'image est peut-être un peu sous-ex.
Peut-être qu'un 17mm aurait mieux rendu l'aspect des champs au premier plan pour ne laisser le silo et le ciel que dans le tiers supérieur.

Hello Andre.
I wonder why Reford is a ghost town. The grain elevator looks as though it is in working condition.
Anyway, the photo is blessed by a fantastic sky, and you have a pleasing light falling on the sharply defined grasses in the foreground. The subdued colouring lends a slightly melancholy feel to the picture. I wonder how it would look if you had taken the photo in a panoramic format.

I like the low POV that highlights the field and at the same time enhances the grain elevator and emphasizes the beautiful sky. Excellent light, natural colours, sharpness and the choice of a vertical frame. Well done.

Hi Andre,
I stop by every image from the Canadian prairies and especially old grain elevators. These are all but a feature of the past, too bad! Great vertical perspective - works very well for the tall vertical elevator. I also like the strong use of grasses in the foregroud to complete this fine composition. Bonjour André,

En cette periode de commemoration de la 'conquete' de la Lune, je trouve que ce batiment ressemble a une aire de lancement de fusée.
J aime bien ce cadrage verticale qui donne une impression de hauteur.

pas banal ce sillo en pleine campagne, insolite,un bon POV qui laisse de l'espace au premier plan, et un ciel nuageux pour le relief, bon boulot
