Photographer’s Note

No need for more than these two colors and curved lines for a modern art style photo.

What is there more to say. The place is gorgeous with unbelievable saturated colors, we just have to frame and click.

Natural colors under the sun at Iles de la Madeleine.
Adjusted contrast a little, resized, sharpened.

You are right...
Only two colours and nice textures make this shot very good.
But composition was not that easy and capturing colours can sometimes be difficult.

Encore une fois je lève mon chapeau Nina.
Le zoom en longue focale copresse la perspective; cela donne un très bel effet.
Je note aussi un joli contraste de couleurs.

This is a new style of yours, I see. I'm enjoying it. How about making the tilt a bit more daring - turn it sideways, or upside-down, maybe?

Simple and nice composition, I like the lines of the rock and of the sea crossing, and the balance between two colours (blue and orange, normally they do not go together in colour theory, but this time it works well),

C'est superbe, un tres bel exemple de contraste chaud/froid et une photo qui a un excellent relief en plus de ses magnifiques couleurs, on a du mal a croire que ca se trouve au Quebec, sans le savoir j'aurais spontanement cite le Maroc !!!

First attraction was the colors they seem to fit perfectly in each other,
The composition of the sand/rocks and the water is in good balance
I like but don’t know what the black shadow is ( is it kind of a cave?)

Yes, this one may be slightly more effective, if only because it is more simple and plays simple colors, shapes and textures against each other so nicely. Fine work!

Absolutely fabulous colours Nina! This is one of my favourites. Since you are such an excellent photographer - je me sens timide de venir suggérer un workshop. Please have a look at it. Hello Nina,
une image toute simple mais tellement accrocheuse a cause des ses couleurs et a cause d'un cadrage soigne. Toutes ces ondulations donnent un esthetisme fou.
