Photographer’s Note
This shot is the second in a series from my Mtn. Hope hike.
After hiking and climbing a very poorly marked and maintaned trail, I found myself on the first ridge.
Looking west, Mtn. Hope stood before me and to the northwest you could see up the Fraser Canyon.
According to the hiking guide book, after a short decent and a walk along an old logging road you go off trail and the next ridge is only a 20 min. hike.
Lets "hope" so.
.............. to be continued.

Good panorama! I like the way it is balanced - the mountain on the left and the trees on the right balance each other and create a V in the middle for the eye to look down in the valley. The sky is nice with that textured look. Well done!

Beautiful shot Julius...
The polariser really makes the shot doesn't it. Beautiful deep blue of the sky, and whisps of white.
I'm really jealous of you being so close to this beauty...
Whats the body of water- bottom/ middle?
Cheers Julius!
