Photographer's Note

Once in a while I pull over to the side of the road and wander around with my camera. There is no parking lot or tourist sign nearby, I just like to explore the sides of the road for story-pictures, such as the roadside cross posted last week, marking the place of death of a native man.
Here is a beautiful stream flowing into Cameron Lake that most people miss as they drive past (the highway is 30 feet behind the camera).
A low camera height with slow shutter gave me this pleasing image of tilted trees and flowing water.
