Sur le sentier des loups du Parc de la Jaques Cartier, le printemps avait dévoilé une partie de crâne de chevreuil (Cerf de Virginie), probablement dévoré pendant l'hiver par les loups du parc. Ce qui m'a frappé c'était de voir les fleurs de printemps qui poussaient dans les nutriments de l'animal mort, et ces mêmes fleurs seront probablement broutées par d'autres bêtes ou serviront de compost dans le grand cycle de la vie...


On the wolve's trail of the Jaques cartier National Park, spring had revealed a portion of white-tailed deer skull, probably eaten during the winter by the park's wolves. What struck me was seeing the spring flowers rowing in the nutrients of the dead animal, and those same flowers will probably be eaten by other animals or composted in the grand cycle of life.
