A morning in San Cristobal ce las Casas: Near the cathedral, there a lot of people who prepare what will eventually become souvenirs to be sold to tourists.
Photography is far from being easy with Mayas. Travelers to Chiapas or to Guatemala know these problems. They hate seeing tourists brandishing their cameras and sometimes,they turn their back or perhaps they will shout, or make gestures with their fingers.
But here I shot from far, without any tripod, and they have not spotted me. |

Nice photo of daily life. The colours here are very good, and the subjects seem very natural. I wonder what they're doing.
