A photo from long ago, another good scan.
It's a nicely composed and framed portrait of these boys, to my pleasure lacking the cutesy sentimentality of many children shots. I love that bit in the corner where the render has come away. And the timing was good, catching one boy looking askance. I can't believe how good the detail is in these scans of yours. The original slides must be superb and/or the scanner.

looks like wqork is keeping you busy, more and more old scans are coming out. such an authentic feel this shot has to it. The boys display what I call the 'being photographed' shyness which is probably a primal response to the camera obscura. I recently watched a movie called the kite runner based on a novel by an Afghani writer. The two main characters in the film have some resemblance with your subjects here and are the about the same age.
An excellent shot and undoubtedly one of your best

I get more and more impressed by your scanning capability. These colours are very good, so is the sharpness. Apart from the technicalities, it's a fine, relaxed portrait of these boys, shot against a nice and suitable background.
Very well done,

Steve, this is a great photo. These boys looks like the best of friends. I especially like the greatly detailed backdrop of rock or concrete. The colors are astounding.

Very nice double portrait - colours are rich and real, wall is beautiful and it's often the case - charming smiles !
