Abbey of San Ponziano - Spoleto

The monumental complex, dedicated to the patron saint of Spoleto, consists of the basilica and the Benedictine monastery, originally male, and later female.

The church was erected between the end of the twelfth and the beginning of the thirteenth century, of the original building remain the facade, the bell tower, the apse and the crypt.
