Lighthouses on The Mag Mile

Coming back from our visit to the Navy Pier we walked through The Magnificent Mile, also called The Mag Mile. This is an upscale section of Chicago's Michigan Avenue, running from the Chicago River to Oak Street in the Near North Side. A very attractive street for the Chicago Jet Set.

In this street there were a number of mini lighthouses, part of the public art display "Lighthouses on the Mag Mile”, an initiative to celebrate Access and inclusion for People with Disability.
If you want to know more about it, visit the website lighthousesonmagmile.com

This presentation consists of three photographs. Two lighthouses and a living statue.
Picture 1: This lighthouse is called " OUR TREASURE TROVE and is made by Holly Wolf-Mattick & The Prairie School. She lives with her husband and 2 children in Woodstock, Illinois. She has a BFA ceramics and a MFA in sculpture / glass.
Picture 2: TOUCH & SEE a design by Kristi O'Meara, illustrator and designer based in Chicago. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Kansas City Art Institute, where she studied painting, design, and fiber arts.
Picture 3: A living statue with the text Tips Turn Me On . Regarding the sharpness of the photo, I preferred him to standstill.
