Hello Joel,
Welcome to TE, the most addictive site in cyberspace. It's very nice to see a 'local' member (I live in Fredericksburg). Your shot, celebrating the return of spring after of couple of weeks dubious weather is most appropriate. Your photo is well composed and well exposed, the ripples in the Potomac in focus. The posts on the top right offer a counterpoint to the ducks.
