An abnormally calm morning on the Columbia River, just west of the town of Bingen. This scene was taken from the Swell City parking lot, usually filled to capacity with windsurfers and kiteboarders looking for the great conditions usually found here. This morning it was calm and peaceful, although later in the day it was raining and VERY windy which is the conditions that are more common.
