Fleuve arabesque Photo

Je descendais le Colorado en raft. Quelques part entre Moab et le lac Powel, j'ai escaladé la falaise pour contempler le fleuve.
Vu d'en bas, la falaise est impressionnante , jusqu'à 1 800 m de haut. Le fleuve dévale dans des gorges étroites. Vu d'en haut, le fleuve devient une arabesque calme. Un sillon qui cherche son chemin.
Diapo. Scan d'un tirage papier. Bref qualité pas optimale mais cliché tout de même intéressant je pense.

Hi,
Nice perspective in this one. My only complaint is that it's a little small. I like the concentric circles on the "peninsula" that gradually go down to the river. I guess it would have been nice to see the whole arc of the river at the bottom, including another 10% at the bottom would be good for the composition I think.

I like to see more details on this photo hope you can repost a bigger version. i like the color the interesting round shape and the crisp texture of the rock formation....rgds

Quel dommage, quand je l'ai vu en vignette j'ai saute dessus et puis j'avoue que j'ai ete deçu par le format, cela n'enleve rien a la photo que tu as voulu prendre , mais j'aurais bien voulu la voir plus grande.

en tout cas tu as du vivre un bon moment au colorado,!

Hi Bertrand,
Oh man, you really improved your work with at least 300%. With all kind respect, this one looks really terrible. It has nothing in it, and i wonder if this is the Horseshoe Bend. There are many of these places on the Colorado plateau were you can see such wonders of nature.
Thanks for showing me this, i really can see how you improved your skills to a much higher level.

Saw also a picture from the Delicate Arch...much better than this one, but also a bit flat in light. Will post myself one in the coming weeks from this magical place.
