Photographer's Note

At the end of Tracy Arm is a fork, each leading to a glacier. Here we see the South Sawyer Glacier, with the countless icebergs that have calved off it in the foreground.

This picture has been taken a million times before me and will be taken again a million times after, but the icebergs and the weather always change. Not everyone is fortunate enough to come out here on such a perfect day. The trip is always exciting, always worth it, but we knew we were extra lucky.

Unsharp mask, adjust contrast, adjust colour balance, slight increase in saturation.
