Photographer's Note

Kalbarri is a large national park on the Western Australian coast. There is also a town of Kalbarri. This photo is near the end of Kalbarri Gorge where it widens out. It may look like a flowing river but it is just a large pool as most flowing water in this part of Western Australia is underground, except in flood times. The river is the Murchison.
And sorry Malgo - there are no Kangaroos drinking there - they mainly come at dusk or dawn and mostly rest under trees during the day.
