Photographer's Note

Parnell is an upmarket suburb in Auckland, New Zealand. It is one of New Zealand's most affluent suburbs, consistently ranked within the top three wealthiest, and is often billed as Auckland's "oldest suburb" since it dates from the earliest days of the European settlement of Auckland in 1841. It is characterised by its mix of tree-lined streets with large estates; redeveloped industrial zones with Edwardian town houses and 1920s bay villas; and its hilly topography that allows for ever present views of the port, the Waitematā Harbour, Rangitoto Island and the Auckland Domain.

we went along the nice Parnell Road when I saw the beautiful mural, looking like an impressionists painting. I took a few pictures but I could capture only pieces of it. The mural was too wide for my camera. why didn't I go to the other side of the street? I do not know.
I thought that I could see it on Google map. So yesterday I made a virtual walk along the Parnell Road. I didn't find it. I went back, the same. So I checked my other pictures (I took photos every few minutes) that were near. Finally, I identified the place. But in Google, the place looks quite different, See in Google map 269 Parnell Road Auckland. There is no mural there! So it must be quite new.
