Martha mine is a large open pit gold mine in the town of Waihi.
How to give you an impression of the size of this mine,
when I didn't understand it myself on the spot?
I chose square format and decided to show just a narrow strip of green on the top and bottom, and enclosed the view inside a frame.
BTW, those toy dump trucks on the right have a capacity of up to 100 tons of stone.

ıt's clear that you did catch the photo.I like it but ıt would be better if it isn't so large photo.

Hi Kari, I just found this shot. I've heard of Martha mine but never ever seen what it looks like. So this is very interesting. Good shot showing as much as you can. The trucks look like toys. Amazing view, thank you.
