Photographer's Note

The town of Fitzroy Crossing lies in the middle of the Kimberley region and straddles the Fitzroy River.
A few kilometres up stream from the town is the limestone Geikie Gorge through which you can take a cruise in a flat bottomed punt (dry season only).
Being limestone you get plenty of weird formations.
You can see the watermark - the water can get very deep in the wet season.
I'm afraid that the GPS coordinates are wrong as they show the photo location being well to the south of town.
