When you visit some of the upmarket vineyards in Mendoza, you have the opportunity to enjoy a degustation menu at the restaurant..... it is so well planed & executed........ it is not uncommon to have 6 dishes with 6 different wines.
The Sommelier comes every few minutes with a new bottle and explains the finer point of each wine, all you have to do is....... eat some more & drink some more !!!!!!!!!!!!

oooh 6 plates and 6 glasses of wine? Sounds ideal. I hope you relished this meal that has been presented so exquisitely. Wonderful colours and sharpness, the yellow and white tones contrasting well. Thanks for sharing, have a beautiful evening.
