"O LAGO PARANOÁ E O SKYLINE PARCIAL DA CIDADE DE BRASÍLIA, VISTOS DE UMA DAS PONTAS DA PONTE JK!"

"THE PARANOÁ LAKE AND THE PARTIAL SKYLINE OF THE CITY OF BRASÍLIA, SEEN FROM ONE OF THE ENDS OF THE JK BRIDGE!"

That day I really walked in Brasília! From my hotel near the TV Tower I went to the ALVORADA PALACE and then across the JK BRIDGE on foot! Here I was at one of the ends of the bridge, looking towards the PLANO PILOTO/PILOT PLAN of that city! The main buildings seen in this picture are the headquarters of some important brazilian banks (BANCO CENTRAL/CENTRAL BANK, BANCO DO BRASIL/BANK OF BRAZIL, CAIXA ECONÔMICA FEDERAL)!

A square shaped image with the inclusion of the TV Tower in the Skyline!

Hello Neyvan!

Nice capture from the Brasilian capital, great framing and composition, great aplication of the rule of thirds. Great "blending" of nature and modern architecture, nice light management and beautiful colours!

Hello Ney,
I like the layered effect here and the soft tones. There is much to take in and linger over. Just wish it was a bit bigger, not your fault of course just one of the constraints of TE.

nada se compara a uma boa caminhada por uma cidade para conhecê-la, é a minha maneira de visitar. legal e sta vista da cidade com o lago na parte baixa, pena que o céu estivesse nublado, mas a luz estava suave e boa. bem feito

Bonito o cinturão verde que você captou na margem do lago. Os prédios também são muito interessantes, como a incomum arquitetura do prédio do Banco Central que se vê ao fundo.

Hello Ney,
in many cases the skyline can tell a lot about a city or town...! I like this photo: it has a good composition and is filled with a curious combination of two main colours and their shades: blue and green. I like the mood of the photo which is, in a way, also defined by the big amount of water and sky - which adds a sense of freedom and flight to this scene :)
