I walked a lot during my stay in Brasília and there I was going from my hotel to the National Congress - stopping by many interesting buildings! Here I was passing by the ESPLANADA DOS MINISTÉRIOS/MINISTRY BUILDINGS! The year had just begun and life was slowly going back to normal, but still I could capture this moment of real brazilian street life... Ooops! Brasília is not a common brazilian city, how I can affirm that! Well, even though all the architecture around may transport us to a totally different city, what goes on is really close to what happens in any other brazilian downtown areas and that's what I mostly wanted to present in this photograph! I hope you all enjoy it!

If I had noticed before, I would have included the words written in the building on the left: "Ministério do Trabalho e Ministério da Previdência Social"/"Labor and Social Security Ministries", once all those workers in the picture are informal ones (without the protection of labor laws), something pretty common in Brazil! That was certainly a curious thing about this image too!
