bonito ver que, mesmo crianças, os garotos conseguem dominar o barco e se locomoverem com facilidade pelo rio.

Olá Paulo,

Os molequinhos tem que aprender a nadar e a remar ao mesmo tempo que aprendem a andar (na Noruega dizem que eles aprendem a esquiar logo que ficam em pé). É uma questão de sobrevivência. Gosto de ver o desembaraço deles, a postura, tudo certinho. Ótima imagem, cheia de cor e brilho, dinâmica, vida real.

Hello Paulo,

Excellent bit of photojournalism, or photographic essay. Little children should not have to carry heavy burdens, but it seems to be the case in so much of the world. The river here looks like a flooded plane. It must be quite shallow, especially judging from the houses on stilts.

Olà Paulo,

Interesting and very well collected secne of life with the two young boys and its boat well loacted in teh image. The river give a good FG with pleasant reflections. This FG give a great depht to the image and a prospect to the coloured houses in the BG. Good and interesting photowork.

bellissima scena di vita quotidiana da un posto che grazie a queste tue foto, sto imparando a conoscere meglio.
Ottima la gestione delle luci e il contrasto cromatico tra i vari colori.

A very good daily life shot, capturing not only the gritty aspects of how the poor live by the river, but also some bright colours. The very young must become independent as they learn how to live in this area. Very good photo, what TE is all about.

A luz baixo éclaire de uma maneira suave e agradável, esta cena, muito original como os outros ao longo da Amazona. As crianças são jogadores, e mesmo sem consola de jogos ou de walkman, ocupam-se de uma maneira mais sã e mais apaixonante que as crianças dos subúrbios. Excelente imagem. Bravo.

Still an interesting scene of the daily life on this so famous river. These two young people boy which was certainly born there, must know all the recesses… This blue house which are detached from the other habitations is a good point of hangs for the glance. I note many have said how poor and hard life these poor people have. Yes true hard life.
I would gamble that they each help each other in difficultimes. We seem to have lost a lot of that spirit.

Even if living there must be hard, to our eyes this houses and environment appear a fine and gay place, at least in the photographic sense. The bright colours of the houses are an eyecatcher and make the composition alive and with good dynamism, thanks to the canoe in the foreground with the children. The evening light makes the scene appear serene...

It's a very beautiful atmosphere, I guess late afternoon sun, which is giving a very special hue to the scene. Life certainly is not easy for these kids, but possible they like playing in the water. If you do not know anything else, then you are happy with what you have. Your light management has captured very nice pastel color hues, I like it a lot.
