We can see a typical wall of a house in Chiloé island. This is a very humid place and cause this the timber is damaged, anyway most of the buildings were build with very resistent especies of tree and cause this the damage let many decades to be evident.

Aqui vemos uma parede típica das casas da Ilha Grande de Chiloé. Este é um lugar muito úmido e por causa disto a madeira é danificada. Contudo, a maioria das casas de madeira da ilha é feita com espécies muito resistentes e este dano só se torna evidente depois de muitas décadas.

Hello Jorge.
An original view, minimalistic and graphical. All about colors, shapes, textures. Beautiful rendering and good diagonal perspective. I like an eye that can see these details. I may have been even better without that bit on the lower right, IMHO.

Very nice shot, Jorge! An understated photo, making the most of texture, pattern and the earthy brown/grey/yellow tones of the rotting wood. Well seen and captured.

This is an interesting abstract shot although I would have appreciate to see it from the front, not from the side, to avoid the piece of wall. But I guess it's intentional and I can't really pretend that my idea is the best. I just share my feeling, that's all. Anyway, I like the colors and textures, between wood and moss, and the tight frame.
