Photographer's Note

This is another image of this impressive ROCK. The rock was an element of adoration for the indigenous people who inhabited the region in pre-Hispanic times. We can see the letters GI painted on it. It was planned to paint in white the word GUATAPÉ in the stone; Nevertheless, for being a cultural heritage, only managed to paint GI. The stone has become a tourist attraction of the place, next to the dam that surrounds it. Thousands of people from all over the world have visited the place.
