Photographer’s Note
Paraguay is a green land, vast part of the territory is covered by dense forrests.
It used to be more dense in the past, much more. In the last 50 years the forrests have been attacked wildly. Ambition and lack of a clear politic regarding forrest protection are the two keypoints here.
Even though there are laws to protect them and to avoid the commerce of tree trunks, you can see while driving on the roads, big trucks fully loaded with old and precious tree trunks without being intercepted by the police.
It is the responsibility of the authorities to control and punish these illicit activities and of the people to denounce these acts. It is time to see oneself in the mirror.

Pd. I apologize for being so absent lately, too much work and almost no time to spend here. I promise to catch up your work as well.

que buena la foto! It is like the opposite of many shots: strong subject but lacking context. Here you have so much context... and even the man, and even better that he is in the mirror. wonderful job.

Hola Kike, I hope you are doing fine. A nice compostional idea to build this perspective along the truck that is carrying the fresh logs. Good use of the semi-shallow DOF. I would have wished for some selective brightening in the rear view mirror as on my CRT monitor I cannot really see much of a face ...

lindo, lindo trabalho. thoughtful and serious stuff in your note.

Good perspective Cesar! Reminds of the India I grew up. I would have sharpened and increased lighting a bit for the face reflection to emphasis your title. Neverthless, a nice composition, good job!

Everyday I told myself I am going to learn something from you, then the plan has been abandoned due to the other tasks. Then in other day, I open another picture of you and a lesson appears...
It's a shame, I don't know how long I must live enough to learn from your well done photographs.

Hola Cesar:
abrazos
alejandro

Interesting compo cesar as the title at first seems only like a minor detail of the compo. But, creative I think. The overall impression by the cut of this car loaded with lumber is sure well made in the tight cropping and well saturated colours.
