More from the Rio Blanco Quechua settlement in southern Peru.
School's kept me away from TE for far too long now... i'm still substantially backlogged from Peru and have added a few more pictures to the waiting list from the USA since returning.
This is Coropuna, one of the highest mountains in Peru at 21,079 feet (6,425 m) above sea level.
The sky at Rio Blanco tended to be clear, but occasionally would cloud over, providing interesting lighting. |

Hey bro, long time no see.
I like your telephoto view of the peak here. The partly cloudy sky provides interesting lighting on the snow, and the dark clouds in the background look menacing and really add some great atmosphere to the photo. This is a huge peak, and I think your photo really does it justice.
