Taken at Taquile Island, this local lady was happily eating her lollies when I saw her. When asked for a snap, she gave me a big toothless smile! That's what you get for eating too much sweets!
The background is Lake Titicaca, located on the border of Bolivia and Peru. It sits 3,812 m (12,507 ft) above sea level making it the highest commercially navigable lake in the world. By volume of water it is also the largest lake in South America. |
