One thing that Surinam seems to have an abundance of is wonderful big skies with great cloud formations, something that I've noticed in previous postings of yours.
The same is true here; great sky, and I like how you composed this to give equal weight to both the sky and the muddy brown river.
There's a bit of over-exposure in the clouds, but not enough to worry too much about.
Good work Ertegrul.

Aaaah - the great clouds again, they seem endless and very frequent at this part of the world, and I imagine that there's not a single cloud in the morning an that they start popping out daily after 11.00 am. In any case you are certainly to be praised for showing them in most of your pictures: I am also impressed by the brownish , perhaps muddy tone of the sea. I really combines well the the blue and the white.

It's interesting that you would stitch this from two vertical shots...it seems that the proportions are right for a nice horizontal photo. Anyhow, the density of the clouds is amazing. The polariser is a fantastic piece of equipment. it's always intersting to see how muddy this river always is. Why is there such high levels of mud in this river?

Observing your photo, it calls the attention to me that in the horizon is not appraised the typical terrestrial curvature, like in many other scenes.

Dear Ertugrul,
Your very good composition send me in the back of my life.
I workked at Paramaribo in rice fields,From the 80 to 86 years.... before...war...
I loved this town ,the bridge on the river and the parbo beer and Albina and too mutch things...
I was happy and I felled a very good emotion to be back in Suriname with cloudy shy in suriname water ,the color of a nice part of my life.
