Please accept this critique as instructional. This is a nice image of an interesting place; that is why I opened it to look.

However, the composition could have been improved by zooming in or aiming further off to the right. You have far too much vacant mountainside while the ocean is cramped into a very small space in the frame.

The image is a little hard. This is the reslut of your setup. One a brilliant sunny day you should not be shooting with ISO 400. You should have been set at ISO 100. Your aperture was set at f/22, which for a well-balanced scene like this one was unnecessary. You should generally not be shooting scenes like this tighter than f/16, but preferably f/8-f/11.

Adjusting the ISO properly and using a more moderate f-stop, your shutter speed would have picked-up to a more appropriate and relaxed, comfortable number, about 1/300th second.

Finally, your failure to post a Photographer's Note was inconsiderate of other viewers who are interested to learn about the world through your photography.
