Photographer’s Note

I`m back to the one of my favourite serie. The morning I caught the most beautiful sunrise colours I`ve ever seen. There was not enough time to be everywhere in dunes where I wish to be and to catch every touch of the Sun on the sand. But I tried ;). I intend to remind you and myself about this great day, waiting for another one this winter :).

Also one of my favorite places in your gallery, Henryk. I bet you have a lot more like this one for our pleasure. The light is magical and it would look like a delicious dessert if it wasn't the trunks and vegetation around. But that's also what makes the picture so nice to look at. More, please ;-)

That early winter light is truly magical. Snow on beach sand dunes testifies just how cold it was as the salt usually melts it quickly here. I love the way you have used the driftwood in your composition. Excellent shot

Na tym zdjęciu kolory są po prostu niesamowite. Pomimo że całość mocno kontrastowa to jednak zdjęcie jest bardzo stonowane. Pewnie zasługą tego jest to, że nie jest przeostrzone. Bardzo ładna kompozycja z tym korzeniem na pierwszym planie. W dodatku naprawdę rewelacyjne światło. Bardzo mi się podoba.

I do remember the images you have posted here from the Dunes, and this is one if not the best that I like very much. You have captured the rich, saturated colors of the sunrise perfectly, and the branches, both rear and near are an added bonus as they mimic one anoher's shape.

Piekne swiatlo, cudne miejsce i swietnie wybrana kompozycja - calosc robi wrazenie. Takie swiatlo to marzenie kazdego fotografa, jest tylko jeden bol, trzeba wstac wczesnie rano ale naprawde warto!

Hello Henryk,
With the dead tree on the foreground it looks a little like a picture of a desert but then of a cold desert.
The light is very good and the cold weather is presented very well: the dune grass in the wind and the dark clouds. I also like the composition.

belle photo de cette dune superbe, de sable blanc, avec ces branches qui sortent de ce sable, sous une lumière magnifique et plaisante.
Les ombres sont jolies et ces nuages foncé tranche bien avec le reste de votre photo.

Myślałam, że nie można kochać morza Bałtyckiego bardziej niż ja kocham. Ale można.
Patrząc na to zdjecie, rozpiera mnie uczucie do tego kawałka swiata.
Uwielbiam Polskie wybrzeże.
Zapach, smak bryzy, wilgoć na skórze, nagie stopy zapadające się w jedwabistym piasku....

Baltyk nie jest celem Polakow zima. Gory, narty itp. tak, ale nie morze.
A wlasnie wtedy jest tam najpiekniej, szczegolne przy takiej pogodzie jaka miales...

Puste plaze, piekne widoki, mrozne morskie powietrze. I love it.

A winter picture without a lot snow, this out of Poland beginning this year, almost icredible, Poland a real winterland
You chose a very well angle this gives an excellent perspective and depth image.

hello Henryk,
your're right, the light is indeed bautiful, I particularly like how there's still ink blue darkness in the upper right corner, I find it futher emphasises the golden light on the dunes. the tree branches in the foreground and further on add mysterious feeling, as if there were magic creatures rising from under the sand. excellent work, my compliments.

Hello Henryk,

Absolutely spectacular, otherworldly, surrealistic, ethereal, henryk... are just a few words that pop into my mind. This is more beautiful than in 'Dune' calendar. The driftwood even has obliged by opening up its arms. The colors, textures, perspective and resolution are surpassing.

Bywaj± w naszym ¿yciu chwile bardzo krótkie, kiedy natura pokazuje nam oblicze jakiego nie spodziewali¶my sie w naj¶mielszych snach. S± to zazwyczaj sekundy w których ¶wiat jest bardzo pobudzony, dynamiczny. Kiedy obrazy zmieniaj± siê jak jak w gigantycznym kalejdoskopie i zaden w nastêpnej sekundzie nie jest tym z poprzedniej.
