I fully understand your purpose and strategy.
Intentional you use slow shutter so that auto rikisha can be a bit out of focus to stress the movement of that. I think your intention succeed.

I don't really know if you intended it to be this way since you didn't really explaining your intension in the note, you must be, since you can see that both the rickshaws are blur. It does give you that feeling motion, thing are movies. I do like the effect, however, it would have work better if the place was actually busy with people walking around and activities, but there are only rickshaws. I also feel like I want to see it more clearly. I don't know if I make any sense. Thanks.
