Photographer’s Note

This is a Tuscany landscape as I've seen it. We get out early morning for the whole day trip around Tuscany and this beautiful landscape was like a gateway to Tuscany for us! For me it's just beauty of our world. That's why I'm sharing it with you guys.

Montalcino - great wine and a beautiful area too. This is a very good shot of the vineyard, with the grapes visible in the foreground and the hills stretching away to the distance. Nice effect of the atmosphere too, from a slight mist or heavy air, showing the distance. Well done!

Hi Jarek,

Wonderful image that really captures the essence of Toscana for me. I like how you've used the vine rows and shadows to lead the viewer into the distance. It is amazing the changes this landscape goes through during the course of the year.
