Photographer’s Note

Nous avons attendu Rosa et moi que le soleil se couche pour nous donner son spectacle, nous n' avons pas été déçut, a chaque moment les couleurs changeaient, le gens arrivaient et repartaient, même les bateaux passaient.
Vous avons fait une série de photos des différents moments ou les couleurs changeaient, ou les gens changeaient.
Et nous même changions de place et d' appareil pour capter le mieux possible ce que la nature nous offrait.
Rosa en a déjà posté deux, et moi je vous en posterais aussi pour que vous puissiez partager ces moment merveilleux de dame nature, une grande dame celle la, ces mises en scènes sont parfaites, a nous de les comprendre et de vous les restituer le mieux possible.

Great capture of the sunset and the colors of the setting sun are great. Like the softness of the picture and still good details of the fisherman on the dock. Great job Thomas.

Bonjour Thomas,

Beaucoup de puissance, de force , de beauté aussi dans ce ciel coloré. Un bel équilibre dans la composition aussi avec les constructions du môle qui occument une place adéquate. Le pêcheur apporte un eintéressante touche de vie.

Thomas....IMHO...you should have cropped out the left side - silhouettes of the pier buildings; so as to leave only the semi circular arc of the pier and the man on the left.

That way the pier supports wouldnt have been in the vertical center of the frame.

The colours of the sun set are mind blowing.

Les couchers de soleil du mois de juin à Blankenbergge sont souvent magnifiques. Vous avez eu la chance d'assister à un beau spectacle!
J'aime bien la façon dont tu as utilisé le Pier dans le coin de ta compo, avec un parfait contraste.
J'ai l'impression que ça penche un tout petit peu sur la
droite.

les couleurs de ce coucher de soleil sont somptueuses,il faut savoir profiter de ces moments là,ce que vous avez fait avec bonheur si j'en crois la note!J'adore les silhouettes noires vace les lignes,les diférents étages,ce qui done un très bel équilibre,et j'adore la ptésence du pêcheur!

Les couchers de soleil peuvent révéler des spectacles magnifiques... ou pas, et c'est là toute la magie de la nature. L'excitation d'attendre la fin du jour devant l'océan en espérant que vont se dévoiler, comme ici, des couleurs somptueuses et des contrastes magnifiques. Le ciel est embrasé et le mer prend une couleur métallique du plus bel effet, un spectacle en technicolor grandeur Nature (avec un grand N).

Je m'en souviens de cette soirée, nous avons attendu un bon bout de temps pour avoir des clichés de différent étapes de la soirée et de la nuit comme tu le décrit dans ta note. Photo que tu as superbement réussi, ce pêcheur en ombre chinoise donne tout son effet.

You have dramatic colour here, Thomas. I tend to shy away from orange sunsets because they can be so cliche, but here you have an interesting structure in silhouette that makes all the difference. regards kevin

I find this shot quite amazing!
I found myself just gazing at it to absorb the colours, the mood ad the composition.
It is delightful!
I love the idea of being high up to gaze across the sea at this satin sky of rich amber, red and yellow.

Super definition making the fine veil of clouds really look its best, and the play of the last sunrays of the day adds a pleasant colour palette...

La lumière et les couleurs sont fabuleuses, mais il y a aussi le graphisme de la construction, qui joue avec les formes au ciel, et cette figure humaine qui rend un air nostalgique. Un coucher de soleil spectaculaire!

the silhouette reminds me of the statue of liberty and the red layering of the sky is gorgeous. i think though, i would have cropped with a bit less of the black on the left. unfortunately the white signature is a tad unbalancing.

the white letters on the frame are a little dristracting, but the sky is gorgeos, like molten metal flowing, I like that a lot. the dark silhouette of the building fits very well, the whole scene looks like something from a fantasy land. good timing to capture the colours.
