Photographer’s Note
The Mediterranean Sea from the window of an old house in the beautiful medieval village of Eze, in the South of France. The village is perched up in the hills with a breathtaking view of the sea, and is justifiably called the 'Balcony on the Mediterranean'.
The village, and the area had been under attack during different times in history (from the Moors to the Greeks - there is also a place called the Moor's gateway in the village). Standing by this window, its not hard to let your mind wander.
