Photographer’s Note
This was Taken Early in the morning along The Skagit River at 10:00 am . It had snowed several inches over night . if you want to see the Eagles you must get up early when they feed in the morning . This area of Washington state has the highest concentration of winter nesting Bald Eagles in the lower 48 . there are river tours in rafts ( rubber ratfs ) for 3 hours ) .
