Photographer’s Note
In October, the creeper or woodbine (Partenocissus, FR:vigne-vierge; DE:Jungfernrebe; NL: wilde wingerd; ESP:madreselva; PT:videira vignem; IT: vite canadese)) covering this country house in Ouren turns into a vivid red. Ouren is situated at the point where the borders of Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg come together.

Hello Paul
Good picture where the red flowers brings life to the picture. Contrasting well with the blue & the white, and with fine exposure control especially on the white, this is visually very pleasing. Well done!

Hi Paul, this is an irresistible scene, i wish this house was mine! I like how the geraniums also complement the red creeper to bring their own shade of colour into the mix. Good contrast with the pale blue detail of the house too. Good work!

Ryno

Hi Paul,
The house is very charming by itself, but those red plants on the walls make it more wonderful. You took good profit of the light, the colours are vibrant and very, very catchy. It's remarkable how you avoided OE. It's a very beautiful photo.
Regards, José.

Great picture with very unusual colors. I think there is a little bit too much light resulting in some areas to be overexposed
