Photographer’s Note
This is the three layered security birbed wire of a UN camp in Aveba, Ituri. The place is known for DRC Civil War and Congo genocide. Bordered by Rwanda it was always a place for rebel turmoil.
Congo rebel leader Thomas Lubanga, who is presently under trial by the International Criminal Court for violation of human rights is basically originated from this district.
UN military mission which is known as MONUC is the most costly mission in the world right now. UN had her maximum casualties in this area. That is why UN camps maintain high degree of security in the camp area. This three layer birbed wire is the second line security between first line birbed wire and third line armed post security system.
This birbed wire is very dangerous, unlike Maxican birbed wire in American border. These are like small knife with arrow side but not spiky. These can cut like knife.

Beautiful but so sad. Excellent POV and use of tunnel vision. Everything is just right and a very nice taste of realism. Well done and great post!
Sincerely,

Hello Ashfaq,
A very effective picture and very good note. The viewer's eye is drawn down the long distance of the fence. A very effective way to create the chill that this must bring to those trapped behind it.
