Hi really nice shot. I would suggest you focus on the potrait of the man, I would crop backdrop and leave the red background to provide good contrast with the man. a frame would also emphasize the beauty of the portraint. keep posting. really a good 1st post

Yeah nice first post! I've been to Varanasi and seen those sadhus... I think the background is simple and interesting. If I could change this photo I would increase the contrast within the photo and re-frame it so that the man's elbow is not slightly cut off. It's a good one, though! Nice job.

Welcome Chris. Great first post. You have a gift for portraiture. I agree with the workshop. I'd like to see more notes as to what a Sadhu is, I've never seen one. Good composition.
