here is just the upper part of çırağan/ciragan.
this is the garden of yahya efendi's tomb. he was a saint who was born on the same day with suleyman the magnificient and they were friend since their childhood. the stones seen on the picture are tradition ottoman tombstones from 16th century.

Hello Omer,
A good capture of these ancient columns, whose details we can clearly see and appreciate. I like the use of the vertical format and the close framing. Good natural looking colours and excellent sharpness.

dear Omer,
this relief pattern on the stone column is interesting.
old patterns are mysterious, in those I can imagine pure religious feeling of ancient people.
in this partial broken tomb, the stone columns have been standing for long time...the stone may absorb poeple's religious wishes.
as a picture, back dead trees are effective to show up fore columns.

This is a very interesting photo.
Tomb, tree, fence all subject is vertical objects, so the feeling from this photo makes me very stable.

Etant un passionné d'architecture, j'apprécie hautement la beauté de la composition. La photo prend davantage de grandeur avec ces ruines jonchant le sol.
