"L'Effort" ou "Hercule détournant à travers les rochers, le fleuve Alphée"
Statue en plomb armé par Fernand MASSIGNON dit Pierre ROCHE (1855-1922) de 1907 située dans le jardin du Luxembourg à Paris VIe.
La photo est passé avec par DxO FilmPack avec le film Polaroïd 667. J'ai augmenté l'intensité des verts qui apparaissent en marron sur ce support.

This shot is very much to my taste. The jardins in Paris have a fascinating effect in February, with all the old statues and the dead plants and bony trees. This is a well-composed photo of one of the more challenging to photograph. The real strength of the leafy vines around Hercules saves the shot from being too flat...it makes it feel almost like a bas relief.
