Photographer’s Note
A barn, of which the plains of Ostrobothnia are so famous for. In the 'good old days' these were much more than a storage for hay. Especially during the summer, they could be used for dancing, thus playing a significant role in people's social life.
This one is still standing very near the place I used to grow up. Sudden heavy snowing made me go out and find something to shoot at. This shot which is slightly out-of-focus, is in my opinion the closest representation of the reality.

Welcomt to TE! I really like the way you were able to capture the three separate layers - the background, the cabin and the snow. The blurriness of the snow could be a real killer but it works here...gives the photograph a look like an impressionist or folk art winter painting.

Tervetuloa Trek Earthiin Pauli!
It's also a pleasure to meet new Finnish people on this site.
I like this photo and especially that very sloppy weather. That old barn is also nice.
Terveisin,
Eino
