Photographer’s Note

A beautiful sunset greeted me as i walk along the sandy white beach of Panglao. The island is located southwest of the mainland province of Bohol and is interlinked by a bridge that one can't notice being in another island.

Panglao is one of the top tourist destinations in the country where posh exclusive resorts are located. In between two expensive resorts is small stretch of white sand where a small cabana can be rented cheaply. Backpackers with tent are welcome.

I love this place. I ahve been there, very beautiful.
I love your sunset, nice colors and light.
perhaps in composition I would have included teh top of teh palm tree, and set the sun in between the palms, just my idea.

Hi Czaldy, I have heard many stories of Panglao, i better hurry up and go their before too many other people discover it! however, their is many like it i can only imagine. Beautiful sunset, the palms, the warm hues of colour, and i really like the POV of this one. Nicely composed!

now you make me more anxious to go back visit exotic panglao! i like the centrally-placed coconut trees with tyhe setting sun illuminating the shore and the wavelss sea. exotic palce to be!
