Photographer’s Note
another daily life shot from planet Can Tho
---
This picture was taken inside the new market hall, which is a lot lighter and more organised than the old market at the riverside.
I suppose you could consider this a kind of companion shot to my "vegetables", posted earlier.

Excellent shot of this woman's work. I like the array of her wares. One can imagine that she got one pig and has now chopped it into bits to sell. Very nice photo!
Sincerely,
Kate

Yes I frequentlt visit this kind of market and I like such atmosphere very much. I can smell the meat from your photo. F4.5 makes a detail expression. very very vivid one.

For a market scene, certainly this is a good companion for any fruit/vegies picture as my own most recent posting. I like the lady’s expression and the good focus on the meat. Well done.

Hallo Benny,
A good market scene with lovely natural light. Great that we can see such an assortment of different organs and meat, and nice that you got her in mid work. Square format works well here.

Hello Benny,
Thanks for visiting my gallery. I just came back from traveling to Cambodia, so apologies for the late response.
I like this shot which is very sharp considering 1/30 sec. You must have steady hands to achieve this. I can also see here some strange looking 'meat' which are not normally consumed by human in the western world. . . tongues, intestine, blood clogs, livers, etc. But these can be favourite delicacies in the east. Good daily life shot.
Cheers

Dag Benny,
Bedankt.
Prettige zondag,
John.

Now I'm hungry! Is that tripe over there hanging from the rack?
What a great daily life shot. I enjoy seeing how others live, no matter how different from my own life. This image is great! Excellent depth of field, realistic colors, just wonderful.
Thanks!

hi Benny,
I agree with Reed, this photo makes me hungry :) I'm a carnivore, and not ashamed to admit it :)
love the photo, I find places like this can best describe the daily life in a foreign country, and here everything seems clean and orderly, like a well-organised kitchen at home. I bet the light wasn't easy, but you have managed it very well. great travel photo, my compliments.
best,
Kristine
