To cook fish takes guts.. or maybe it is the other way round?
I guess it is all in the timing. Mr Tilapia seems to have things sussed. Mainly freshwater fish that in so many ways are similar to a snapper. And you certainly snapped this one at the right time.. I guess it wouldn't have been long before those on the back row of the grill were ready for serving.. George, this is just delightful!

tilapia you say? he looks more like a piranha to me, but the sense of presence you've delivered masterly again. i'm enjoying the aroma of the upcoming meal while sitting at my screen...
