Hi George,
This series of working men on the food industry is very striking. I like this one as the man is almost hidden behind the cheese, unfocused. Great way to make your point about this important workers who are almost invisible to our eyes...

Hey George,
Those are not cheeses, it’s a little chunk of the moon, or someone's acne scarred face in close up, as you often do take close up shot of faces. Very artistically composed of a kitchen shot. Be polite the man you make your food, my advice. I use to work in the kitchen, I know. Bon appertite!

Hey George..the art of keeping a distinct proportion of sharpness depeneds on how you personally approach the composition..love the way you that in every shot of yours..the pits on the surface is minimal but very graphic..
