Photographer’s Note
And, then he created the bread...
And, then he said:
~ I have just created a pure hell for those amongst you who'll make it for the others for they won't be appreciated for their efforts.
And, it is as he had spoken.
Amen

What are you doing uploading photo so early? Have you just click the woman and bring it here?
I love the sense of motion here, George, fast and out of control, I love the working mood...

Don't tell me... we are in hell again! :-)))
Beautiful motion and expression. Nice texture. He almost looks like if he's liking it, though I know he can't...

Excellent tribute to the working man. A shot with a big heart (and good bread).

4 am? Gosh! That's the middle of the night! :)) What were you doing at 4 am in that bakery? Ya, ya! Taking photos! Nah! I suspect that you were there for the bread!!!! :))
Love the tones of that photo, the velvety browns, the warm yellows, the tempting cream of the pasta.
The blurred hands work well here, giving dynamism to the photo. His face is a little towards the dark side, but the features are still visible.
Thanks to these people who get up early to make our bread! And thanks to you to go in their realm!

Choc to czarno-biale ujecie jeszcze bardziej do mnie przemawialo.
Pozdro, Grazyna zmeczona po poludniowej eskapadzie.

So eager for fresh bread at 4:00 am ? ;-))). Well, you already know how much I enjoy this series in the bakery, there is something sacred about preparing it, although I know nowadays so much has changed about that. Hard hard work, but there is a little smile there, the movement like a dance, his concentration speaks volumes.

4 in the morning? Oh, for me is nothing: I write at 4 in the morning! Always. But...you...
Hey, I love this pic. I love the movement of that man...his hands are SO fast in working. And...his smile! Yes: he loves his work!
