The waterfall of Polska skakavitsa is situated in the Zemen Mountain, not far away from the town of Zemen and the village of Razhdavitsa.

A rivulet, passing through the village of Polska skakavitsa (situated on a rock massif) falls with 50 m of height and forms a shallow but a splendid waterfall. There are numerous holes in the rocks and the whole area is overgrown in verdure.

This beautiful place is in danger! Greedy investors want to build a hydro power plant on Struma river just under the waterfall.
